Request Account Deletion
Students, trainers and housekeeping users can request deletion of their Damla School Portal account and associated personal information. You can make this request without signing in.
Send your request to the school
- Email dcgsdavao@gmail.com from your registered email address where possible.
- Use the subject Damla School Portal account deletion request. Include your name and the email associated with the account. A student number can help identify the record; do not send passwords, verification codes or identity-document copies.
- The school will verify account ownership and respond about the request, including any records that must be retained. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the school to arrange verification.

What happens to your information
After verification, the school processes deletion of the account and deletion or anonymization of associated personal information that is no longer needed. Official enrollment, academic, assessment, TESDA, verified payment, accounting and audit records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or active disputes. The school will explain retained record categories, the reason and the applicable retention period when responding. Deletion requests are handled by the school; this page does not perform automatic deletion.
